Netview Group has a mission in collaboration with Peat Sorb 2011 Inc., to provide a first-class Hydrocarbon Absorbent with exceptional, high performance characteristics to meet Nigeria’s demands and help restore the integrity of our land and water especially in the Niger Delta Region and other facilities and environments nationwide.
Peat Sorb™ is a lightweight non-biodegradable natural organic absorbent made from 100% Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss, exclusively manufactured by Peat Sorb™ 2011 Inc. Peat Sorb is the only absorbent containing humic acid which aids in the biodegradation of hydrocarbon through microbial activity. It is hydrophobic and therefore it will float on water, while the hydrocarbon will continue to be locked up inside the absorbents, without leaching out. These absorbents will encapsulate hydrocarbons allowing it to be raked, scraped, shoveled when on land and skimmed from water.
